On the last RAW Food Potluck Brunch at Jeanettes, Julie made the most delicious simple pesto!
Mix it up and serve over spiralled zucchini and slivers of bell pepper.
1 1/2 dl pumpkin seeds, soaked 4 hrs and rinsed
2 cloves of garlic. sliced
1 handful of mint
1 dl olive oil
seasalt
pepper
