Taco salad



A good hearty lunch meal!
You need soaked (10 hours), rinsed and dried (20 hours) walnuts, so prepare a lot to have handy 2 days in advance. On a bowl full of 

delicious greens, romaine, salad, spinach, rocket
grated carrots
chopped tomato
chopped yellow and red peppers
chopped avocado
sliced red onion

Put some mixpulsed taco meat on top:

1 dl walnuts
8 soaked sundried tomatoes in bits
1/2 dl soaking water
cumin
fresh garlic
red chill pepper
cayenne
seasalt

Pour on some mixed cashew sour cream:

1 dl soaked and rinsed cashew
1/2 lemon's juice
1 dl water
seasalt
