We celebrated Julie's birthday at Ecobaren and I had the most delicious soup! Here are the ingredients, just put them in the blender and mix! Top with hijiki algae and red beet sprouts.
yellow bell pepper
kale
red onion
cilantro
garlic & ginger
seasalt
water
Served with buckwheat crackers made of sprouted buckwheat, sesame seeds, yellow flaxseeds and a few raisins and goji berries to go with a cashew dill sourcream cheese, delicious!
