So delicious and quick! I got this recepie from Lisa Viger of Raw on $10 a day.

Cut into pieces and mix per person:
1 large tomato
1 medium size carrot and or pumpkin
1 celery stalk with leaves
1/2 small onion
1 tsp dried basil
2 tbsp olive oil
salt
black pepper
water
to almost cover the contents, to say 5/6
so it's thick and creamy when ready mixed
sprinkle with red pepper flakes
decorate with basil
other favourite greens
or as here dried wild mushrooms
