I made this best of currys a couple of weeks ago and have been eating it many times a week since then!
Rich, heavy, spicy and sweet, a real winter treat!
Mince and mix together:
cauliflower or cabbage
kale/grönkål
grated carrot
apple
red pepper
a little onion
sundried tomatoes soaked a little
raisins soaked a little
season with
canola/raps oil
hempseed oil
curry powder
turmeric
turmeric
black pepper
seasalt
sprinkle with minced walnuts or sunflower seeds for extra crunch!
