RAW Lasagna


It was time for something new after a week of 
OTW out of this World Korean Rawfood

Lasagna!

Best of 5 recepies:


Thinly slice zucchini, salt very lightly, spread out the salt over the slices with your fingers to soften

Marinate mushrooms in oliveoil, a little tamari and chopped garlic

Wilt and marinate spinach in oliveoil, seasalt, freshly ground blackpepper


Mix cheesesauce mozzarella style
cashews soaked (4-6 hrs) and rinsed, a bit lemonjuice, salt, water to not quite cover

Mix tomatosauce
Tomato, sundried soaked tomatoes (if salty add no salt), olive oil, fresh basil, garlic, chopped date

Slice a juicy tomato

Start composing!
